Probate and Trust Matters

bureaucracy that arises is often too much for a bereaved relative.

Once the administration of the estate has been completed, we can
act on behalf of the trustees to deal with all aspects of the
administration of the trust, including dealing with income tax

Powers of Attorney
Many hundreds of people as they get older lose the ability to
manage their own affairs. This figure is growing. Doctors can
keep the body going for longer, but perhaps not the minds! We
specialise in the preparation of new forms of Lasting Powers of
Attorney, to ensure that somebody of your choice handles your
property and affairs and indeed your personal welfare. These forms

Elderly Client Care Services
If you are an Attorney or a relative living away from an aged
relative, come to us and we can share the load in arranging long or
short term care, dealing with bank accounts and the payment of
pensions, setting up standing orders, arranging for caretaking of
properties, Council Tax, reading meters and benefit claims. We
