What does Conveyancing involve?

Home Information Pack

However anxious property professionals were to avoid the introduction of Home Information Packs (HIPS), they are now with us, and we, at P R Vince Solicitors, provide a speedy and efficient service for clients and estate agents.

The pack will contain searches, energy performance certificates and copy title documents for the benefit of potential purchasers.
